Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Nationwide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders once theme/design has been finalized are processed within 7-14 business days, stock dependent. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. During Holidays or Peak Seasons, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

| Express Shipping (2-5kg) | 1-3 business days | R250 |
Parcels that exceed 5kg will incur additional charges, should this happen, we will reach out to you. Delivery can be delayed during peak periods.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages/ Insurance
Pretty Chic Custom Creations is not liable for any damages or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary step to follow. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance to your delivery, we will gladly assist you with this.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
