Refunds and Returns Policy
While we will do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, we do understand that life happens…
1. Return Eligibility
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with seals/box unbroken. Please note that personalized orders may not be returned.
- Customers will be liable for the return shipping fee.
- Should the reason for return be due to change of mind, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your order amount.
- Products on sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the product(s).
2. Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Some health, beauty and personal care items.
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will then replace, exchange or refund you.
