Bookings & Payment
- Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment reflects in our account.
- Please use the correct reference number to avoid delays in allocating your payment to your invoice.
Order Cancellations
- If an order is cancelled after work has commenced, 50% of the invoice total will be forfeited.
Liability Disclaimer
- While all care is taken, Pretty Chic will not be held liable for any injury, harm, or adverse reaction resulting from the use of our products.
Artwork & Minimum Orders
- Some products require a minimum order quantity to qualify for free design/artwork.
- Orders below 10 units will incur a design fee.
- Only one free design per product per customer. Additional designs or logo edits will be charged.
Photos for Custom Designs
- Please submit high-resolution images for any item requiring photo personalization.
- We are not responsible for blurry or poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution photos.
Turnaround Times
- Orders take 7–14 working days to complete once payment reflects and artwork is approved.
- Delivery takes 2–4 working days depending on location.
- During peak periods or for large orders, turnaround may extend up to 20 working days, but we guarantee delivery before your specified event date.
Product Handling & Delivery
- Filled or empty party boxes and bags are sent flat-packed to avoid damage during courier transit.
- Buckets will be delivered pre-packed.
- Filling items and colours are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar items of equal value if necessary.
Delivery
- We deliver nationwide within South Africa only.
- Let us know if you require insurance on your parcel. We are not liable for courier damages or lost/stolen packages.
- Design & Copyright
- All Pretty Chic Custom Creations designs are copyright protected and intended for personal use only.
- Designs may not be sold, edited, redistributed, or used commercially.
Artwork Approval Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for checking spelling, logos, and all design details before approval.
- Once approved, Pretty Chic Custom Creations is not liable for any errors or omissions.
